Sermon poll: Is God really in control?
Answers
A. In an overarching sense, but not all the details.
B. In the minutest of details.
C. In everything but areas dealing with the free will of humanity.
D. Other-please explain.
I believe that it is a combination of B and C! Can I do that? :) I believe that God knows exactly what he wants from me while I am here on Earth. I believe that he has a plan for me and that I have every faith in him that he has laid a great life out for me. However, God gives me the choice to follow his plans for me or to try to live my life as I see fit. God gave me free will so that I may decide whether or not to trust my life in his hands. His plan for me was set the minute I was a glimmer in HIS eye. I believe he has every second of my life planned, but it is up to me whether or not I allow that plan to unfold. Just one woman's view.... :)
